The Internet performance issues with our primary service provider were resolved this evening.  ITS restored the service back from our backup provider.  We learned that the problem was due to a fiber cut in New Jersey that affected a large number of their customers.

We are experiencing performance problems with our Internet access.  We are currently working with our provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

EPortfolio will be offline between 6:45 and 7:00 AM on Friday, December 7 AND Friday, December 14 while we prepare our databases for end of year tax updates.  The window will be no more than 15 minutes.

EPortfolio will be offline tomorrow morning, November 29, from 6:30 to 6:45 am for needed database maintenance.   During that 15 minutes, there will be no access to EPortfolio and users will see a Maintenance screen.

ITS will be working on the dragon file storage system from 5PM Saturday, October 13 through Noon on Sunday, October 14.  This is a change from the previously communicated time.  Please note that files stored on Dragon will not be available during this window.

Tues, Aug 21 1:30 PM: We are aware that there have been issues across campus with users being prompted to login to Outlook repeatedly.  We have been trying to locate the source of the problem.  We think we have made progress and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.
