Email offline for one hour – Mon 9/28

ITS has resolved an issue affecting Exchange email from 6-6:45 pm on Monday, 9/28.  Email services have been restored. This may be related to a similar problem that occurred between 4:30 and 6:00 am.  Staff are monitoring the situation closely and researching to determine the root cause.

Cisco phone problems – Sep 22

We have been experiencing intermittent problems with the Cisco phones.   Symptoms include calls taking a few seconds to set up or dropping completely, and phones rebooting.  We are looking into the problem and hope to have it resolved shortly.

RESOLVED – campus wide network issue

UPDATE: ITS has resolved the problem that affected services and connectivity campus-wide as of 4:15.  All systems are functioning properly. —————————————— ITS is working on a firewall issue that is affecting access campuswide. We are unable to email at this time.  We hope to have it solved within 20 minutes.
