An electrical power outage is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 3 AM to 7 AM. It is anticipated that that the only buildings impacted by this outage will be Downey House and Fisk Hall. The Lyris email list system will be upgraded on Thursday July 30 from 3 to 8 PM. Messages will not be processed through the system during that time. Any messages sent to a list in that time will be held until the upgrade is complete.

On Saturday, August 8, 2009, there will be a major upgrade to our core Portfolio/Web database. This upgrade will begin at 6 AM and be completed by 2:00 pm. During this time the Portfolio, events calendar and on-line directory will be unavailable.

ITS will be performing an upgrade to our network firewalls between 5:30 and 6:30 AM on Tuesday, July 21st. During the maintenance, access to network resources and the Internet will be interrupted.

Wesfiles will be unavailable Tue July 14th, 7-8 am for a software upgrade maintenance.

The Portfolio and Student/HR System will be down for maintenance on Wednesday July 8, 2009 at 7:00 AM for 15 minutes.

Wesleyan Web Servers are experiencing difficulties. We are dignosing the problem and expect to correct it soon.
