ITS is working with our telecommunications vendor on a problem with the voicemail system.  Voicemail is currently not responding and the line will continue to ring.  We will update the community when we know more.

Saturday’s (1/13/2018) PeopleSoft Maintenance is Complete

VPN issues have been resolved.  Services are working normally. ITS is actively working on problems with VPN connections.  Once connected, not all services are accessible or performing correctly.  We will keep the community posted as we know more.

On Thursday evening, January 11, ITS will be performing network maintenance between 6 PM and 10 PM. We expect this work to be largely transparent to the community. There was an unexpected interruption on the network from 6:40-7:55 am. Connectivity has been restored. We are working with our provider on the root cause of the issue.

All network access – wired and wireless – will be interrupted on Sunday morning, 10/22, for approximately 2 hours beginning at 8:00 am.  Interruptions will occur in waves across the campus during this window and may complete ahead of schedule. The PeopleSoft HR System will be down for upgrade maintenance on Friday, 10/20/2017 at 5:00 PM until Saturday, 10/21/2017 at 6:00 PM.  HR/Payroll will do final system testing on Saturday afternoon.  WesPortal will be up, however, applications dependent on the HR System will not be fully functional.
