Voicemail not working

ITS is working with our telecommunications vendor on a problem with the voicemail system.  Voicemail is currently not responding and the line will continue to ring.  We will update the community when we know more.

VPN issues Fri Jan 12 RESOLVED

VPN issues have been resolved.  Services are working normally. ITS is actively working on problems with VPN connections.  Once connected, not all services are accessible or performing correctly.  We will keep the community posted as we know more.

Change for PeopleSoft downtime

The network maintenance scheduled for tomorrow, Jan 6, between 8 and 10 AM will continue as planned.  There may be brief interruption to internet service during this time.  Please refer to Twitter and Facebook for alerts should there be unexpected downtime.
