In order to address the increasing performance problem some users are experiencing, Exchange e-mail (Outlook/Entourage) will be offline for no more than 5 minutes at 4:00PM today, Oct 19. Because the slowness has had a strong impact on many offices, we are not waiting until night to complete this.
This will be the first in a couple of steps over the next few days to permanently address this problem. We will make every effort to schedule any other service interruptions for non-peak hours.
