In spite of our attempts to keep daytime disruption to a minimum, we need to perform a second step to address the Exchange email performance issue affecting many of you. At noon today, Exchange will go offline for no more than 5 minutes.
Please note that we will also need to take the system briefly offline today after 5:00PM. A follow up message will occur this afternoon with more detail.
These small disruptions are part of a process to prevent a larger, lengthy disruption. We are trying our best to keep our work to non-peak hours, however we are aware that the performance impact is too severe for those affected to delay any interruption until the end of the day. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the final resolution completed no later than tomorrow.
