We have received reports that the message waiting lights on the Nortel phones are not working properly at this time. Either the lights are remaining lit with no messages, or not lighted with unheard voice mail messages in your voice mailbox. Please check your voice mail regularly regardless of the light’s status until we resolve the problem. We are currently diagnosing the problem.
Message waiting lights for users on the Cisco VOIP system are working correctly at this time.
