Wesfiles is still offline due to unanticipated difficulties encountered during the upgrade procedure. We expect to have the system back up by 4:30PM today. The upgrade problems were not evident during test upgrades of the Wesfiles system performed in preparation for today’s maintenance. The vendor of the software has been engaged throughout the process, but have not been able to offer a solution that would allow the upgrade to complete. We will be rolling back to the previous stable version of Wesfiles and will reschedule the upgrade after the problems have been resolved.
