March 6th Upgrade REMINDER

All wireless and student ResNet wired (NOT Woodframe) will be down from 6:45AM to no later than 10AM tomorrow morning, March 6. This is to upgrade our Cisco Clean Access service.

When the upgrade is complete, all Windows users will be prompted to download the new CCA agent software. This prompt will happen automatically. Students off campus who would like to pre-download before they return will be able to do so and a link will be sent next week.

Note this new version supports all Windows 7 versions including 64-bit.

There will be NO CHANGE for Mac and Linux users who will only be prompted to login via the web interface.

Any questions that arise from this change should be addressed to ccahelp@wesleyan.edu. Over this weekend, you should expect requests to be answered within 2 hours.
