Exchange email experienced some problems this afternoon around 3:00-3:30 PM that affected performance and connections for some users. ITS was able to address the issue. There was a brief (5 -10 minute)interruption while this was addressed. All was restored by 3:40PM.

Our previous international postal vendor has recently changed their rates and minimums policy that no longer makes it an attractive option. Dragon access will be interrupted today, Jan 10, at 6:00 pm. The system needs to be restarted and will be offline for approximately 20 minutes.

On Saturday, Jan 14th beginning at 7AM, ITS will be performing major hardware maintenance.
