ITS is working aggressively on two persistent issues. 1. Nearly all locations have service restored.  ITS is working with our vendors to investiate this issue.

April 20 service disruption

ITS addressed a major unplanned outage this morning that impacted nearly all services including the website, Moodle, WesFiles, email, and wireless.  The length of the impact was approximately 50 minutes. 4/17 brief interruption

There was a brief interruption in services today at arounf 11:00 AM that included email, WesFiles, and Moodle. The interruption was brief and ITS is investigating the root cause.
