The Portfolio and System Issues that the community was experiencing this morning have been resolved. ITS apologizes for any inconvenience and is investigating the root cause.
ePortfolio was unavailable between approximately 3:20 and 3:35 this afternoon due to a database problem. The issue has been resolved.
This was a brief network outage at 3:55 this afternoon. The problem was resolved within a few minutes. Some email was delayed throughout the afternoon — but all queued email has been delivered.
WesFiles Trash now has a 60 day retention period. This means that any files or folders that you delete in WesFiles will remain in WesFiles Trash for 60 days and will then be automatically purged. On Friday morning, March 12, we will be performing maintenance and update work on the TSM Backup system that will require the entire weekend to complete.
