Sep 28 – Phone Outage

We are currently experiencing difficulties with the phone system. Several phones are out of service. It is being worked on and we hope to have it resolved shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

WesFiles update – Sep 16

We have been able to localize the WesFiles troubles and have been working with the vendor on the final resolution. In the meantime, the system has been stabilized and has been up consistently for 2 days. We do not anticipate further outages. Of course, if anything changes, we will notify you.

WesFiles access problems – Sep 14

We have been experiencing intermittent performance issues with Wesfiles since Saturday 9/12. Users are occasionally having problems logging in and/or losing their Xythos driving mapping. Power Outage – Aug 6

An electrical power outage is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 3 AM to 7 AM. It is anticipated that that the only buildings impacted by this outage will be Downey House and Fisk Hall. Lyris upgrade RESCHEDULED 7/30

The Lyris email list system will be upgraded on Thursday July 30 from 3 to 8 PM. Messages will not be processed through the system during that time. Any messages sent to a list in that time will be held until the upgrade is complete.
