UPDATED: ITS has resolved the issue that caused the disruption to Exchange email accounts. ———– ITS is working on a problem that is affecting email for many users. We will continue to update Facebook and Twitter as information becomes available.
Updated: 5:00 PM – ITS has stabilized the issue with the hardware. Wireless access is functioning properly. ITS is working on a hardware problem that is affecting wireless throughout campus. Note this is NOT planned maintenance and a failure we are addressing.
ITS has rescheduled the wireless system maintenance to the end of May.
ITS updated the security certificates on the wireless system today. As wireless users, you may notice your computer prompt you upon re-connection to airwes. VPN access was offline this morning from 7:45 to 9:00 am. Users attempting to connect in that time would have received an error message. The issue has been resolved and the service has been fully restored.

There will be no period when the entire network will be offline, however there will be rolling intervals of down times between 15 and 30 minutes across the campus within this window.
