Overnight email and Pharos interruptions – Sat Oct 12

There were systems issues overnight October 12 that resulted in Exchange email and Pharos being interrupted.  These services were unavailable from 2:30-7:30 am.  Exchange email was unavailable during that window.  Mail delivered during that time was queued and delivered when services resumed at 7:30.  Senders may have received a delayed delivery notification.  This only affected … Read more

No USPS Service Monday October 14th

There will be no on campus postal metering or delivery of USPS mail to campus on Monday, October 14th, in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. Normal campus mail delivery and pickup will run as usual. Thank you, Allen Alonzo

VPN interruptions Oct 6 and 7

Several people had problems connecting to VPN on Sunday, 10/6 and part of today 10/7.  ITS resolved the issue this morning just prior to 11 am.  If you are still experiencing problems connecting through VPN, please contact your Desktop Support Specialist.

Sep 19 – Virus definition update causing PC issues

We have determined that there is a bad virus definition from ESET that has caused issues on Windows computers throughout campus.  The Desktop Support folks are working hard to address this issue.  ITS is working on finding a central solution to remediate the problem remotely.  ITS is getting to people as quickly as possible.
