Service interruption 3/19 evening

There was an interruption of services for about 5 minutes at 9:50 on Tuesday 3/19.  This was longer than expected.  Services came back quickly however, Outlook and mobile devices may prompt for a password to reconnect. Outlook users are reminded to enter username in the WESLEYAN\username format.

3/17 update

The ITS network and data center team worked diligently and are cautiously optimistic that the root cause of today’s disruption has been fixed.   ITS will be monitoring systems especially closely in the next 12-18 hours.

Major network disruption – 3/17

There has been a major network disruption this morning beginning approx. 10:45.  All services were unavailable for more than 45 minutes.  While access has been restored, ITS continues to work on the problem.  We will do our best to minimize further interruptions as much as possible while we attempt to solve the root cause.

Sat 3/16 WFS

WFS has been unavailable throughout our work this morning.  We are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Network upgrades 3/16 and 3/17
