Jan 30: WesFiles suffered unexpected downtime for approximately one hour starting at 8:50 PM on July 30.   Services were restored just before 10:00 PM.

Telephonce Support Changes

Beginning Monday July 2, ITS will be changing the way the Wesleyan Community makes requests for telephone support. We are moving to a model similar to that used by desktop support. June 20 – Wireless login problem

June 20 9:30-10:30AM: There was a problem for users who may have tried to login and access wireless between approximately 9:30 and 10:30AM. Wireless was working for those already connected to it. The problem has since been resolved and login to wireless is working as expected.

June 6 Fiber Optic outage affecting Freeman and Cady
