Exchange email experienced some problems this afternoon around 3:00-3:30 PM that affected performance and connections for some users. ITS was able to address the issue. There was a brief (5 -10 minute)interruption while this was addressed. All was restored by 3:40PM.
Our previous international postal vendor has recently changed their rates and minimums policy that no longer makes it an attractive option. All international mailings will be charged at the default USPS rates and will need a customs form attached. Failure to send the form with your items will cause a delay mailing your item. EPortfolio is experiencing excessive slowness due to add/drop activity. We have been working to alleviate the stress and expect improvements by noon.
Today, Jan 19, at approximately 10:40, we experienced a network disruption on our firewall that resulted in Internet access, email and other services being offline. Dragon access will be interrupted today, Jan 10, at 6:00 pm. The system needs to be restarted and will be offline for approximately 20 minutes.
On Saturday, Jan 14th beginning at 7AM, ITS will be performing major hardware maintenance.
