Follow up on Desktop Backup

ITS resolved the desktop backup (Tivoli Storage Manager) issue. Scheduled backups resumed on Monday evening (June 21) and have continued to run uninterrupted. If you are having trouble with your backup since Monday evening, contact your Desktop Support Specialist.

Desktop Backup Outage

Faculty and Staff on campus: The desktop backup system (Tivoli Storage Manager) is offline and no backups have occurred since Saturday, June 19. ITS is aggressively working with the vendor to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. We will keep you posted.

Event Management System (EMS) Upgrade on Wednesday June 2.

The campus-wide Event Management System (EMS) will be upgraded on Wednesday June 2. The Room Request system (EMS) will not be available that day.
