ePortfolio was unavailable between approximately 3:20 and 3:35 this afternoon due to a database problem. The issue has been resolved.
This was a brief network outage at 3:55 this afternoon. The problem was resolved within a few minutes. Some email was delayed throughout the afternoon — but all queued email has been delivered.
WesFiles Trash now has a 60 day retention period. This means that any files or folders that you delete in WesFiles will remain in WesFiles Trash for 60 days and will then be automatically purged. On Friday morning, March 12, we will be performing maintenance and update work on the TSM Backup system that will require the entire weekend to complete. Reminder – WesFiles will be offline tomorrow, March 6, from 7AM to 2PM for an upgrade. Please be sure to download any files you may need during this outage. Once this is in progress, we cannot retrieve files from the system.
All wireless and student ResNet wired (NOT Woodframe) will be down from 6:45AM to no later than 10AM tomorrow morning, March 6. This is to upgrade our Cisco Clean Access service. On Saturday, March 6, from 7AM to 10AM, all ResNet wired and all campus wireless network access will be unavailable while we perform upgrades to our system. The wireless outage will affect ALL users on campus.
We will be upgrading Wesfiles on Saturday, March 6 from 7AM to 2PM. This will require Wesfiles to be offline during this time. If you need to work on that day, please plan accordingly and download the files to which you need access.
Blackboard will be upgraded on Tuesday, March 9 from 7AM to 9AM. During that time, Blackboard services will not be available.
