The Student System went down unexpectedly at approximately 5:25 PM this evening 10/12/2015. ITS is working on the problem. No other systems appear to be affected.

Wesfiles, EPortfolio, and HR will be offline for 15 minutes at 6:30 am on Sep 30 for routine maintenance.
In order to address an issue with Exchange email, ITS needs to perform a restart on systems that will impact logging in to services including email and EPortfolio between 12:15 and 12:30 pm today, Sep 29. ITS has resolved an issue affecting Exchange email from 6-6:45 pm on Monday, 9/28. Email services have been restored. This may be related to a similar problem that occurred between 4:30 and 6:00 am. Staff are monitoring the situation closely and researching to determine the root cause.
We have been experiencing intermittent problems with the Cisco phones. Symptoms include calls taking a few seconds to set up or dropping completely, and phones rebooting. We are looking into the problem and hope to have it resolved shortly.
ITS is working on a problem that has been affecting EPortfolio and PeopleSoft since 12:30. We are working on it and will notify the community when there is more information.
