Over the past several days, we’ve been having stability issues with the Dragon file server. These problems are causing Dragon to restart, causing a temporary loss in connectivity to the server. We are working with Microsoft to fix this problem. At the same time, we are moving Dragon data to more robust storage to improve reliability in the long term. During the data migration process, we will be contacting departments to let them know that their Dragon data will be briefly unavailable.
As part of the effort to alleviate the immediate stability problems, we will be replacing the memory in the server between 5:30 and 6:00 PM this evening. We will need to take down the server during this time, so please make sure to close any documents opened off Dragon before 5:30 PM.
