11 am – WesFiles down for 20 mins

WesFiles went off line for about 20 minutes from 10:40 to 11:00 am.  ITS has resolved the issue.  Xythos Drive users who were working on documents should save their files again before continuing. If you have any trouble saving your file, contact your Desktop Support Specialist and do not close the file.

Email services affected March 20 between 2:30 and 7:30 am

There was a disruption to network and Internet access today from noon to 1:00 when DHCP was disrupted.  A hardware configuration issue led to a problem with DHCP.  While there are redundant services in place, there was a problem with the failover state.  ITS was able to diagnose and resolve the issue within the hour. … Read more
