June 20 – Wireless login problem

June 20 9:30-10:30AM: There was a problem for users who may have tried to login and access wireless between approximately 9:30 and 10:30AM. Wireless was working for those already connected to it. The problem has since been resolved and login to wireless is working as expected.

Mail accounts inaccessible – June 2

On Saturday, June 2, we experienced a hardware problem that affected some email accounts on the system. Between approximately 1:00 and 5:30PM, these accounts were inaccessible. Monday 3:00PM: We are working on a problem with Exchange email. Many users are not receiving messages in their mailbox. System administrators are working the problem.

Cisco Voice Mail Problems Reported

The Cisco voice mail system (4444) is down at this time, we are working with the vendor to restore it to normal. No problems are reported with the Octel (2222)voice mail system. Allen Alonzo
